Martinez Landscaping

He did not show up to discuss the work, as promised, and didn't call to reschedule or say he couldn't do it. Second contractor to pull a no-show within 2 weeks. GRRR

The service provider was to give an estimate for a small landscaping job.  He showed up on July 25, 2013, surveyed the area and stated that he would email a proposal and an estimate the following week.  We did not hear from him for a couple of weeks.  Attempts to reach him were futile since his voice mailbox was always full, and his email address did not work.  I finally got hold of him via his cell phone on August 9, 2013.  He stated that he "had it figured out" and that he would call me back immediately.  This is the last we heard from him.  Since then, we have found another landscaping company to work with.  We did not lose any money, but we lost something far more precious, time.

Called and spoke with owner regarding a project at our home in Longmont.  He did not answer the phone with the company name; he had to scrounge around for paper - okay, somedays I'm not the most organized, either.  We set an appointment for the next day for him to come to evaluate the work that needed to be done and give us an estimate.  He never showed; he never called.  It is now a week later and I haven't heard back from him.  Guessing our phone number got lost on the floor of the truck...

I sent an inquiry / request for an estimate through their website and after several weeks, still have not received a reply. If you provide the ability on your website, use it! I won't try this contractor as I am now very unsure how responsive they would be if there is an issue with a job.

They do a great job and have fantastic attention to detail.

The crew were always on time. They were very hard workers. They do very high quality work.
