Super fast response! Great work, and a very fair price! My go-to guys for all my plumbing issues!

We just finished a kitchen remodel and our contractor installed the refrigerator with the 20+ year old connections.  However, we discovered a water leak.  The contractor would not fix the line so we had to get Hawes Plumbing to come in and install a new hose and fitting to replace a copper ball valve fitting.  It has not leaked since and we are please with his work.

Awesome! got in and got the job done within thirty minutes. Clean up any water that leaked and closed up the repair area very nicely!

We called Hawes on the recommendation of a friend.  He was professional and friendly on the phone and came out that day.  He finished the job quickly for a much lower price than we expected.  He went above and beyond by recommending electricians for us for another job that we needed done.

Within the next day he arranged for the digging to be done and pipes to be replaced. No worries on my part. He handled everything. He is a little expensive but my family has the saying, "you get what you pay for". He explained everything so I could understand without talking down to me.

We had weather where the high only reached 15.  I noticed a column of ice below our outside faucet--this was late on Dec 23.  I called Mark and asked if he was working on Dec. 24 and he said he would be out first thing.  He came at 8:30 am after calling to let me know he was on his way.  He needed to replace the complete faucet (showed me why) and had to cut a small hole in the ceiling of my guest room.  It was done very neatly and quickly.  Only took him one hour from start to finish.  I always feel comfortable when Mark is here--don't feel as if I have to watch him, he just gets it done.

Due to Hawes' full schedule, the repair could not be done the day of the incident BUT they was here the next day. He and his helper were in and out in probably less than 15 minutes.  The repair was done, tested and he was off to another job.  Excellent job, extremely fast onsite and very friendly.  I've used Hawes Plumbing before and I'm very satisfied with the work. Not cheap but very good and fast.

Great result!

He takes very good care of me. Whenever I need something done he understands the urgency. He's always there. He's very efficient. He certainly knows what he is doing.

They were really good.  I rate them high overall.

Mark is a very personable, professional.  He arrived on time, knew exactly what to do and did it quickly.  Extremely friendly and courteous.  Definitely will call again!
