The ladies cleaned very well - no issue with the jobs they did. However, there was a problem with being rescheduled to dates and times that were not good for me.

I have been very pleased with their service. They do everything that I ask and they are very thorough. I had a bad experience with a different housekeeper but then was referred to EMS by a neighbor. I have been extremely pleased with EMS. Whenever I need to make schedule changes they have been wonderful about working with me.
