It was an absolute wonderful experience. The owners (David and Dan) and designer Jennifer were very responsive to what I wanted. The work done was absolutely perfect, I wouldn't change a thing.
I met first with David and he and Jennifer each provided a design for my yard (both front and back). I sat down with them and looked through all the details. I picked items from each design that I liked and Jennifer completed the final design.
After work started on the patio, I loved it so much that I changed the front walk-way design to look like the patio. I also added a pergola to give some shade over my grill. They were very responsive and provided the updated cost, very quickly, so that the work was not held up.
Jennifer has met with me several times to go over the plants and the choices she has made.
The crew doing the hard labor was great, lead by Dan. I liked them so much, I made cookies for them :) Food works wonders.
