Very quick to respond. Better price than others contacted. Service person explained what needed to be done and how long it would take. The work was done on time and the door operates better than it ever has since it was originally installed.

We moved into a house where the large garage door was broken and needed replaced...We received bids from the manufacturer of the garage door and then Avalanche...Although prices were similar, Avalanche's price included repairing our other door along with new seals around the door...For an extra $50, we were able to have all the rollers replaced also on the small door to nylon rollers, making it very quiet...They were timely and the garage doors are great...We had belt drive garage door openers installed by Sears and with that and the nylon rollers, it is very quiet...This was important since our baby's bedroom is above the garage..

They were prompt, polite and they did an assessment and told us what they thought we needed. Even though they knew they wouldn't be doing any work on our third car door they checked out the springs and lubed everything over there which they didn't have to do. We had springs replaced 8-9 years ago and their price was comparable to that one even with that much time past so the price was pretty reasonable. Our garage door has never run so quietly.
