I met Michelle at an open house and she impressed me right away. Although I was previously an agent myself, and thought I could navigate our home purchase without the assistant of an agent, home we were interested in went under contract before we could see them.
I called Michelle, and she found us a great house in our price range. We asked for recommendations for a lender and home inspector and we scored on both fronts. The lender got our loan ready to close three days earlier than our closing date and we were able to close early. The inspector was also great.
Michelle managed to impress me and make this transaction enjoyable. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a home in the Loveland/Berthoud/FortCollins area.
