Description of Work: We had a remodel done on our kitchen and master bath. The contractor, Dale Lindholm Builders, brought in Scott Wray for the electrical. He completely rewired the kitchen, ran 220 for a cooktop and dryer and moved several switches and outlets.

+ -1 moreHe gave me his hourly charge over the phone. I didn't ask for an on site estimate but scheduled him out to remove the baseboard heaters. I figured it would take him at least two hours - he finished it in one hour. Same thing with the installation of the new fluorescent fixtures - I figured at least two hours, he finished in one. He was very thorough, professional and a perfectionist in his work. He cleaned up thoroughly upon completing the job and was very cordial, explaining exactly what he was doing. I will call him anytime I have any electrical work to be done.
Description of Work: He came out the first time and removed baseboard heaters that were attached to my walls (one about 8'; the other about 10'). After I finished painting the room/ceiling, he came and took out 4 old (plug-in) fluorescent shop lights and installed 4 hardwired fluorescent fixtures in their place. The total cost for me was $130.00 ($65 each trip).

+ -1 moreScott was great. He was on time. He took his time and was very resourceful in routing the new wiring in our existing house. It was clear he had lots of experience to draw upon - this was very evident when he was able to find a way to install the wiring for lighting on the deck. I highly recommend him.
Description of Work: I had an outside light installed on our deck. I also had a new 20 amp circuit installed for new Audio Video Equipment that was to be installed in the basement. Additional new circuits were run from the basement to the family room for the audio video equipment to be powered from the basement.
