The wait time is usually only a few minutes. The vet interacts with my dog like family. They know what they are doing, so their expertise keeps me coming back. They are very kind to my dog. They are very clear with me about what they are going to do and what the dog is going to need. They are a group of doctors and I've rotated around. The quality of the group is right there.

We have used Worthington Animal Hospital for our dog for the last 3 years. They have treated urinary tract infections, gastro infections and leg sprains. They also operated to remove 2 cysts. In every case, they gave us a quick appointment, (often the same day), diagnosed problems and even followed up with phone calls to ask how our dog was progressing. They are an extremely caring and professional group of veterinarians.

They are kind of expensive. I think they are friendly, informative. They take their time with you and they are detailed. Their records tracking is very good. They keep track of everything for you. Whenever something is due they send you a card. It's to their advantage but it is good for me too.
