Mac was condescending when coming out to look at the job, rude when I called to follow up on the bid, and was a complete jerk when we called to let him know we weren't satisfied with the finish work. We'll live with the job but would never recommend this shop if their employees are allowed to be this rude and crusty with their customers. It's a good thing they aren't looking for repeat business.
The appointment went great with John and we came up with an agreement that meet my needs.
About a month later, Julie called to say the windows were done and wanted to see when it would be ok to install the windows.
The next Tuesday was set for the install. When the installers got to my home they saw my wood floors in the livingroom and kitchen. They used canvas mats to cover the floors, which I was very grateful for. The window removal was quick, but they did seem to have a problem with the front picture window. At first it looked like the new window would not fix in between the brick walls. But with the top exterior wood trim removed, it slid in perfect. You should, and can see how it looks. The guys trimmed out the inside window sills. The drywall had some water damage from before and David (installer) let me know how they could finish the work to seal the inside.
Overall, I am really pleased. It has been almost 9 months since the windows have been installed. We had a cold winter, I had a warm house. We have had a lot of rain and I don't have any leaks or water in my walls, like I had with my old windows.
They provided and installed two windows, The windows were 2 weeks later then promised. But did a great job and are great windows.
They installed flooring we that we provided materials for. They did a OK but not great jobs installing, They did come back to fix it twice,
They installed a front entry door that we provided. Did a great job.
They were suppose to install some carpet but they couldn't get ahold of the carpet guy to get it installed so se found another company.
