He's a long time contractor here in Loveland. We used him and a project manager he had, Doug Stark was his name. My wife is an artist and we remodeled it into an art studio. He was real good on that. In fact I have given out many recommendations. They had experience on top of experience. He was a little bit higher than the others but he was really worth it. He had great subs working for him and they were really good people. That was there in the time when there was a shortage of drywall as there was so much work going on and a lot of supplies were short. In fact it was hard to get drywall and I recall that at 8 o’clock on a Sunday night we had drywallers coming and working. Of course they asked us first whether it would be okay and I said sure. They have been working on other jobs and then they would come in here so that is the kind of relationship that he had with these people. There was no backwards for him.
