What can I say about Waterford Homes Inc., they were a fantastic choice for our backyard Timbertech deck! We ended up choosing them out of the bunch as they were on-time, affordable, accurate and worked with us every step of the way when we needed to make changes. A few other companies we received quotes from were much higher, or never contacted us back. For the companies that did contact us back, the product they suggested didn’t make sense with what we told them our needs were, which means they already started out on the wrong foot by not listening. Waterford Homes Inc. on the other hand listened, made suggestions and took our suggestions to heart. Steve, the owner, was very honest, straight forward and did a great job communicating with us throughout the entire process. Both he and his team worked very efficiently and cleaned up after themselves every day. Just knowing how much detail they put into their work and how helpful they have been, it was a refreshing experience. We will be using Steve and his team at Waterford Homes Inc. again for future projects we have, that’s how great they’ve been!
