It went extremely well!! We were very pleased with his work and found him to be punctual, professional, and very personable. Rich takes pride in his work as witnessed by the final product. We found him to be a very honest man and more than willing to work with us and our schedules. We had a minor issue after the work was complete, and after a phone call to Rich, he was here within a day to take care of it.He will be our "go to guy" anytime we need anything done in the future. We LOVE our new sunroom!!
Description of Work: He converted a 10x12 concrete slab patio into a 12x14 enclosed sunroom. This included :pouring concrete, 2x4 framing attached to house with roofing, insulation, siding and trim around windows to match original house along with matching the shingles, electrical outlets, installed 7 windows and a steel door with window, interior finish was tongue and groove beetle kill pine which was white-washed, and completed all inspections.

Overall Triple R did a good job with our remodel. The price did not get inflated with nickel and dime fees as the project went on, as has happened with just about every other contractor we've worked with. The only added costs were for other small projects that we requested. Triple R isn't as keen on details as some, but great with structural problem solving, which was valuable because we did have some unexpected structural issues come up that were handled nicely. Triple R is also willing to redo something if there is an obvious flaw; for example when the drywall subcontractor did a very uneven job on one area of the wall, we mentioned it and Triple R had it redone at no cost to us.
Description of Work: Extensive remodel of our home, the main areas being the kitchen and bathroom but several other projects were included as well.
