Tri City Sprinklers & Landscaping

The team at Tri City did a great job in less than stellar conditions. While we had to delay start of the work by two days due to the heavy rains they came on Wednesday and did all the work by hand, as machines wouldn't work in the slick mud. Despite starting 2 days late they still completed the job by Friday afternoon. The entire team was courteous and professional. They did a phenomenal job cleaning up and making our yard look stellar. I would hire Tri City again without hesitation if I need any further landscaping.

I would never bother with a business like this again. She may have done a good job the first time but to get her here was unbelievably difficult and frustrating. To get her back to fix some of what died and didn?t work at this point has been completely impossible. I?ve had to hire someone else to do the work that she said she would do. The thing that is horrible is getting her to keep her work. I regret hiring her.

They planted in October so we have to wait and see how the yard will look. They said if we have any problems to let them know

Mary and Bruno were wonderful to work with, as was their foreman Titus. Mary came up with several options for us to choose what best fit our needs and our budget. The team was professional and brought in a large crew to finish the sizable job quickly. We had problems with settling around our window wells. The crew hand tamped very thoroughly to prevent any further settling. A few days after they finished the job, I noticed One patch of sod was not getting enough water. I called and Bruno came out the next day and readjusted my sprinklers.

I am very pleased with their service and would not hesitate to hire them again.

The company was very responsive to all my initial requests, which included sending pictures of work they had done for other customers. Everything proceeded like clockwork. In fact, the company called and asked if they could move up the date of installation because they had a cancellation.  The quality of work seems quite good.  One of my concerns was that the edging would pop up after time.  To accommodate this concern, the company added extra pins to hold down the edging.  We are very pleased.

Bruno and his team did an outstanding job! Some of the angles were rather complex but he managed to figure out how to do them. The entire deck project was quite extensive and the Tri City team worked very late every day but at no time did they hurry the job. They took great care to measure correctly, they always did an excellent job cleaning up daily and storing their tools in our garage with great care. We remain highly impressed with both the landscape work and the deck work that Tri City did for us. Our hats our off to Bruno and Mary and all of their team members for their hard work and dedication to totally change our landscape. We will remain very loyal customers and will continue to use them for any additional landscape or irrigation requirements. I am more than happy to be a customer reference should anyone wish to contact me.

Mary Bergeron met with us and listened carefully to what we wanted to do. She provided a detailed landscape blueprint and a list of new plants/trees as well as walking around with us. Several times before the start of the project we changed things and each time Mary was extremely cooperative and helpful. The work crews were amazing in how much they accomplished in a relatively short amount of time. The removal process was extremely labor intensive as was the installation of the new weed barrier, landscape rock, trees and plants. It all looks great and we are looking forward to next Spring when the new growth will be noticeable. We would not hesitate to use Tri City again and can unequivocally recommend them to others. It has been a pleasure to work with them on this major project for us.
Note: The Tri City team was also very careful to cleanup daily which included thoroughly sweeping the drive and street area.

We contacted a few landscaping companies back in March and after meeting Toni and Mary on separate occasions decided to go with Tri City. It was a decision that later proved to be the right choice. Mary drew up more than one plan for our home. We also had several changes along the way before start of the work. Mary was amicable each time we went back with a change and never indicated that anything we wanted would be a problem for them to accommodate. Mary made time to visit the nursery with us even though their busy schedule was a demand on her . Their ground prep went flawlessly. When Bruno arrived with crew they started right in and got the sprinkler system installed in no time. Mary arrived and meticulously placed all of the plantings . The young men that were part of their crew were all knowledgeable and competent . It was a pleasure having them at our home. We were more than confident in Bruno and his crew and they did not disappoint. The finished job went beyond our expectations. We would recommend Tri City Sprinkler and landscaping to anyone interested in a professional knowledgeable company able to provide top quality landscaping in our northern Colorado area.

I have always had a good relationship with them and they have helped me a lot. The thing that impresses me about them is their depth of knowledge and ability to both fix as well as design things. I am not sure how their pricing stands out since I have not compared them to anyone. I liked them right away and not used anyone else but them. They are however always busy and do not always come right back to me.

Mary arrived on time, provided free landscape design and the estimate for services in a timely manner. The estimate was somewhat above our proposed budget but Mary and Bruno were nice enough to break out costs per service so we could pick and choose which of them to do now and which to do later or not at all. In the end we decided to do them all at the same time. When we gave them our decision they told us they would give us 10% off in that case. Good, honest savings as we'd already agreed to their price.
The only minor glitch was on the first day when they didn't show up and each thought the other had let us know. Once they got going it was amazing to watch. Professionalism from the top down. The yard came down at an amazing rate! The crew were respectful, removing their shoes when they came in to use the restroom. They cleaned up each evening and let us know when there would be the rare delay. Mary and Bruno were easy to work with even when I asked for a few changes along the way and were personally on-site at some time nearly every day making sure things were going smoothly. They were a couple of days over the estimated finish date but it was due to finding unexpected things that needed fixing and a rain delay day. All in all a much better experience than I could have anticipated.

Very well. We went over the entire system and made some adjustments for better coverage. Then gave me hints to fix furure problems.

Either the leak did not occur where I thought it was or the fix did not last.

The installation was smooth and quick. Their team only took a couple of days to finish the job and were able to work with some of my custom requests. I highly recommend this company.
