I think it was over priced for the amount of time spent.

I have a house that has been a rental for about 20 years. Three years ago I was billed by property mgmt. company to replace A/C unit. Now I am getting the house ready to sell and I find out that the work was never done. I see that Tri City was the vendor who supposedly did the work. Perhaps I was given an option to use a reconditioned unit, because the house has been a rental for a while. I called Darin to find out if they ever use reconditioned units. Nope, they do not. I start to tell him my story and he says he'll look into it and get back to me. One hour later I get a call back from Darin. He went by the house and saw that the A/C unit was never replaced. He looked through his paper work. He said that he's going to make it right and give me that new unit. So, since I needed a new furnace I said go ahead and do that also. Within a week I had a new A/C unit and the new furnace.
When I contacted the property mgmt. company they gave me dates of when work was done, but it didn't match with my original invoice. I think the property mgmt. co may have had communication problems, both to me and to Tri City.
I was extremely impressed with Darin's quick response and professional attitude about the entire thing. He was more concerned about making things right with me than finding fault in 'the other guy.'
