"I think this review is for a different TNT, we have no customer with this name and initial during this time period - and since we get so few complaints everyone here would have recalled such an unhappy experience."
"We did have to wait a long time for the pergola to arrive, it was ordered as soon as we could, but the manufacture was back-ordered. Our communication was that we were waiting on it to come in, however as we were not able to get any sure dates from them, we decided to build the deck first and do the pergola later. The pergola did come in right before we planned on building the deck, but Jack changed the size of the deck, and didn't even want the pergola anymore - luckily we were able to talk the supplier into taking the materials back. The only problem with the inspection was that some of the joist hangers didn't get all the nail holes filled, which we remedied immediately, and the inspection passed. I believe a lot of the frustration was that Jack was told by a novice what materials should be used, but after talking with him, and him talking with actual deck builders, he realized we were using the best materials available. Our supplier for the decking shipped cedar instead of redwood, which we would have caught before starting . Unfortunately we cannot control the timing of the permits, the delay in materials, or wrong deliveries - but we did everything we could to make it the best we could. He said he's happy with the deck now. I feel this review is unfair, and in no way a reflection of what 99.9% of our customers experience. We are currently looking for additional office staff to increase communication with our customers to ensure they are kept up to date of where their project is at, their permit and material status, and when we are able to start the installation."
