Leon estimated our work and seemed to do a good job. He was on time. The movers were great. However, they low balled their original estimate terribly. The original estimate was $860.00, but our final cost was $1485.00. That's $625.00 more than we expected or a 42% increase. Leon also said that we didn't have to pay for the travel time from the TLC location as we were local and it differentiated them from Taylor. He lied.

TLC's representative, Leon, came to our house and gave a very accurate estimate for the move. On the day of the move, our 4 movers showed up on time and went right to work. They laid runners to protect the floors, loaded items carefully and were all very nice and professional. Unfortunately, the paperwork had been misread and they did not show up with a big enough truck. However, one easy phone call to the company fixed the situation and a second truck arrived to complete the move. They also got lost finding our new house so it took longer than we expected. They agreed not to charge us for the time lost. Overall, it was a very good moving experience and I highly recommend this company.

They didn't inventory anything and I was told they would. They underestimated the poundage. Their ad in the Yellow Pages stated that we would get 15 free boxes, and when we came to pick up the boxes they did have all of them. We went back to pick them up and they were used boxes.

We've moved several times over the years and this was hands-down the best experience we've had. The move was done within the time/cost estimated and with no damage. The hourly rate was $125 for 4 guys and two trucks. They capped transit time at 1 hour, which was important since they're based in Longmont and we live south of Denver. TLC also included full replacement value coverage up to $50k at no charge. I suspect the crew could have finished an hour or so earlier, but to their credit they moved all of our stuff without any damage or breakage. I've already referred them to a friend who is planning a move.

TLC moving did a fine job in moving my possessions to a new home. They were on time, courteous, and careful. Nothing was damaged in the move. I would hire TLC Moving again.
