New customers and we are very impressed. Tom had a pretty big job when we initially contacted for his services as the grass and weeds were almost waist high. Tom is very responsive via phone, email and text to answer any questions or concerns. He is professional and fair and the job was done a day earlier than expected. We highly recommend him! If we could give Tom Burkett and DJ an A++ we would. First they came out and tested the ground to see where the mountain below us was. They were very knowledgeable and understood what was going on. They promptly came out on Monday ready to start the job. They very carefully moved all the plants in the flowerbed. They brought in the heavy equipment to dig the hole under the window well and get below the foundation. DJ must have a back of steel because he hand dug a lot of the deep hole for the sump pump. They went through dirt, clay and bentonite and then more clay and bentonite. They finally got to a shelf of clay and there were three places we could see water seeping through the clay so they were definitely in the right spot for the sump pump. They got the pump in as well as a new window well in just two days. They cleaned up the yard and replanted the plants in the flowerbed. This was money well spent and Tom and DJ did an excellent job and we highly recommend them.
