In 1976, twelve Realtors began The Group, Inc. with the dream of having a company where everyone was an equal owner. This concept was untried- there were no models to follow. The Group, Inc. became a laboratory for experimenting with group dynamics, teams, self-directed work groups, employee empowerment, and leadership – all the while working to find the very best way to help our customers buy and sell real estate. In 2008 The Group, Inc. was ranked among the top 100 U.S. firms for closed sales volume in 2007 by 3 different industry resources - RealTrends, RIS Media, and Realtor Magazine. The Group, Inc. has been the Northern Colorado market leader for over 30 years and we remain committed to our mission of “helping people get where they want to go on time.
