The Cleaning Authoriy

I was a customer of the Cleaning Authority for over 5 years and I am sure that it changed hands once, maybe twice, maybe more times in that period. When I started with them they were great. But this last year their service (quality of cleaning) has gone down hill drastically. The number of cleaners and the length of time they were at the house varied each time - when I started with the service I had a dedicated team that was the same each time - but for some reason my house turned into a floater house - meaning whoever was available cleaned it (this happened without my being notified). The final thing that prompted me to cancel the service - a blue stain from some type of cleaner on my bathroom carpet. When they spilled it they didn't even attempt to clean it up - just left it. I used 2 different types of rug cleaner and got most of it up but there is still a stain. At the next cleaning I showed the cleaners pictures of the stain before I had tried to clean it. And they were nice and also tried  to get it out of the carpet. It is better but there is still a stain. The cleaners informed me that it looked like comet or some abrasive cleaner and that their service did not use that type of cleaner. Unfortunately no one else was in the house between the time they cleaned and I came home so it had to be them. I also sent the pictures back to the manager and gave them a week to get back to me to at least confirm and/an take responsibility - and no one contacted me. So I cancelled the service - I felt like they really didn't value or need me as a customer.

They didn't do a good job and then accused me of cheating them when I discontinued their service.
I hired Cleaning Authority for a move-in cleaning and set up biweekly cleaning. When I arrived at the house on moving day, several items had not been cleaned and the house was in general disappointing. They sent out another crew, but since I'd already moved my belongings in the house was just never as clean as I hoped. 
I called the owner to tell him I wasn't feeling good about the biweekly cleaning, and he accused me of cheating him into giving a good rate for the move-in cleaning on expectation of repeat business--despite the fact that they weren't the low bidder. Bad service and a nasty attitude? No thanks.

I have used them quite a few times.  They seemed to be pretty efficient.  They do a good job.  I never had a bad experience.

I have been fairly happy with their services. They are pretty responsive if there is a complaint or a problem. They take care of it pretty quickly. If I am not happy I can call and they will take care of it right away. Sometimes they do a better job than others.

They do an excellent job.
