Service man was very prompt, knowledgeable. Determined that current bandwidth was best they could provide, but suggested that new planned upgrades on tower would improve the service in the future.

Went well overall. Nice to work with. Understand our desire to not put a dish on top of our brand new house and accommodated our request. Only complaint is that they offered us a free roku and they seem to keep "forgetting" to get it to us. We have to keep reminding them.

The service is spotty at best. I ordered at 15 mbs service, and never got above a 5 mbs speed. I went back to the 5 mbs service and I typically get less than 3 mbs. The internet service is often slow and unreliable and I know it is not my router because I have bought two new ones. When I call to ask if my service can improve they tell me there is nothing they can do. It's difficult to shell out $49 per month for this type of service.
