Service provider is now blaming the tenant for running the dishwasher. He spilled bright purple plumbing adhesive on the white sheet vinyl floor. He then proceeded to sand the vinyl floor making it impossible to repair. He offered to cut a piece of vinyl out from under the washing machine. The entire floor now needs to be replaced. Had he not sanded it I probably could have gotten the stain out. This guy is clueless. I was out of town when I start hearing details of all this. I asked the tenant to set up time when he could finish. She was afraid of him and tried to get a friend to be a go-between. That somehow fell through. When I got back to town I asked him when he planned on finishing the job and got a long rambling and nonsensical email about how confused he is and how we're going to have to 'renegotiate the terms' of our contract? After trying repeatedly to get him to give me a time to come finish I gave up. This guy is to be avoided like the plague!
