Due to a hail storm in July, virtually every house in the neighorhood was re-roofed this summer and fall. I think RTN did a quality installation. Since this was insurance work, no bids were obtained from any companies I contacted. They all just said I would only pay for the deductible on the insurance claim and insurance would cover the rest. It took about four days to complete the job. It looks very good. I've had about 18 inches of snow and some rain with no problems yet. They matched the drip edge color to the house color scheme and painted the vents to match so I don't have any shiny metal showing. The clean up was fine with only a few nails found on the ground. The workers were considerate and were no problem. Some other companies promoted additonal venting or moisture blockage products, but RTN said it wasn't needed and I had not had any problems with the old installation. I let RTN and the insurance company coordinate the materials components as the work progressed. There was some disagreement over what was covered, but RTN worked it out with the claims department and I did not have to cover anything over my deductible. In hindsight, there were several companies going door to door trying to get signatures on contracts. It pays to take your time and check out the reputations of the companies.
