Barb did an AMAZING job at marketing and selling our home. Prior to my dealings with her I estimated Realtors somewhere just slightly above Insurance companies for integrity :0), but Barb has changed my mind. Her hard work, professionalism, and sense of humor were above and beyond and in an economy where the average home in my price range sold in 9 mos she sold it in 5. Her advice and enthusiasm were invaluable. I hate to admit it but Barb was worth every dime I paid her. Simply cannot give her high enough marks. If you want to sell your home, and you're willing to do the things she recommends to stage the home (all reasonable and recommended by a professional stager which she pays for btw) then Barb is your Realtor. Simply the best I've ever employed.
p.s. And, if you have a boatload of furniture to sell.......;-)

They were fine but it just didn’t work out.

There was no fee. They are very well-respected in the community. They seem to do a good job, but it's tough to sell lots in this market.

It went extremely well! Barb clearly communicated the buyer/seller deliverables and managed to keep everyone on track. She was quick to get back with answers to any questions/concerns that I had and always provided good advice. Because I was so impressed with Barb I have recommended her to others who have been very happy with her services. I am currently using Barb to find a new house for myself - this is the part of the process where she gets to highlight her "patience".
