 + -1 moreWe headed up to Grand Lake for a mini vacation. Michael showed us how to operate everything when we picked it up. He was very friendly. We provided a credit card number for the "deposit" to hold the days. Then paid when we picked it up. They don't charge your card unless needed for damage, etc. so that was nice. They also have a 24 hour call anytime policy and road side assistance so we felt very comfortable away in it. Needless to say we had a great trip. No problems whatsoever! No additional charges on our card. We will definately rent from them again.
Description of Work: We had an excellent experience renting from Pro RV Rental. They are very nice people and the contract is straightforward and reasonable. There was no fine print to worry about. The RV was easy to drive and we were provided with the user manual and instruction sheet. We didn't have any trouble with it at all. It was very comfortable and we had plenty of room with our kids.
