We awoke to no heat coming from the furnace. It would come on, but shut off, without any heat output. We called Perfect Temp when they opened and were told someone would be out about 3pm. Skyler called to confirm and arrived as scheduled. He was very systematic in evaluating the problem, checking several possible causes. In the end, he determined something must be in the combustion air pipe, probably where the pipe reduces near the furnace. He cut the pipe, found and removed a plastic bag that had been sucked in, and repaired the pipe.

Perfect Temp were very responsive when something didn't go right in the first installation. It's been running fine. We chose them because they had the best quality and product. They did really well for service and they were always on time, my husband was the one that handled it though. They were great.

The prices and level of service can NOT be beat! During our estimate we were quoted a $1000 rebate from the manufacturer with the purchase of both a furnace and matching A/C unit.Afterwards the manufacturer informed us that the furnace qualified for the rebate but the model of A/C we chose did not, so we would only receive $500. We contacted perfect temp and they wrote us a check for the difference right then and there with no argument, you don't get customer service like that much anymore. We have had them back, and will continue to call them for all our HVAC needs!!

The pilot light in our water heater kept going out, then a disturbing gas smell began to emanate from the basement after we used hot water, so we called Perfect Temp. It was a Saturday morning, but they came out within an hour to assess the problem. They were willing to try the cheapest option first, which was to replace the thermocoupler. We were all hopeful this would fix the problem, but within a few days, the pilot went out again, so we opted to replace the whole thing. The repairmen were courteous, considerate, and quick each time they came. They covered their shoes with booties to protect our floors and left no debris from the repairs. They also credited the cost of the thermocoupler to the cost of the water heater.
