Working with Kathy at RE/MAX was a delight.  I found her through her great reviews here at Angie's List, and wasn't disappointed.  Kathy is knowledgeable, realistic, and aggressive, which is the perfect mix for a realtor.  She was highly organized and on top of deadlines, and was able to help me manage repair work on my home, coordinate with a photographer, and ultimately make the sale in very short order all while I was out of state.  Her market analysis was comprehensive, and she did an excellent job presenting information to me in a way that made me feel good about the decisions I was making without feeling pressured one way or the other.  She's super easy to communicate with, and always made time to be available for a call when it was necessary.  I was a little nervous that the process of selling a home from out of state was going to be tough, but it simply wasn't on my end, and I think Kathy deserves a lot of credit there.  She takes her work seriously and she's got the best interests of her clients at heart.  I'd recommend her without reservation and will certainly engage her again if I have a future real estate transaction in the northern Colorado area.  Thanks, Kathy!

Kathy and Billie Jo's knowledge of the Fort Collins/Loveland area proved very valuable in choosing a neighborhood that met our expectations. Kathy was very attentive to timeline issues after our offer was accepted by sellers to insure all went smoothly. The recommended home inspection firm provided the necessary information to evaluate the property. Very good follow through and sound advice was most appreciated and made the home purchase process a very positive one.

Billie Jo is always on time. She offered home and advice about selling and purchasing a home "own this home" is professional, well-organized and we sold our home in a month. Even after we relocated out of state, she helped us find an agent!

It took us exactly 10 months to close on a and ldquo;short saleand rdquo; but Kathy was well informed and supportive all the way. Her expertise and professional attention to detail made for a very smooth relationship.

We were first time home buyers and new to Colorado real estate law. Kathy patiently walked us through how everything would work, clearly communicated what our next steps should be and even set us up with a mortgage broker who worked hard to get us the lowest interest rate he could. She also scheduled an inspection for us and discussed the results over the phone. She then negotiated the offer with the sellers and we agreed on an acceptable price, etc. Kathy made us feel important by not rushing us through the houses and by taking as much time as we needed to explain how everything would work. I felt very comfortable throughout the process and 8 years later am still very happy with my house, the price we paid, etc. Oh and she set us up with someone to install the Radon machine thing too.
