Zach is my goto person for any HVAC issues at all of my investment properties. In the past 8-months he installed a new furnace and AC at one house and replaced the AC at another. All work done quickly and professionally. He will even assist with warranty issues. This is a professional that I can trust. It's not easy finding this kind of help these days. He has my highest recommendation. His prices are fair and very competitive.

Zach was very knowledgeable, and fair.  He fixed our problem quickly, and in our opinion - he did not overcharge.
Other companies are known for charging $200 just for an 'after hours' call. Zach charged $90 for his time and to switch out the part that had gone bad.  Our air was back up and running in no time!

Zach did an excellent job, and I will gladly recommend him to others.  He is prompt, knowledgeable and very professional.

Zach arrived right on time, and upon opening the furnace quickly noted that the flex pipe located inside the furnace was a major code violation. The home inspector had also noted this. Zach quickly went to work taking apart the various pieces of the gas line to make the flex connection outside of the burner area. He also added a hand shut-off valve as there was only a traditional wrench shutoff valve existing. He then cleaned and inspected the furnace and ensured that it was operating correctly.
Zach then went on the roof and inspected the Evap cooler, and made sure that it would run correctly. Throughout the whole process he provided tips for how to ensure that each piece of equipment would be properly maintained for the longest life. He even provided a very helpful tip on how to make our water heater last longer!
While Zach was at my house I also asked his opinion on a gas line that I couldn't figure out the function of. He gladly chased things out with me.
Finally I asked for an estimate on the cost of adding a gas line to convert our electric range in the kitchen to gas. He took a look at a few possibilities, suggested some reasonable ideas, and provided a very reasonable quote. Zach is awesome to work with!

He is the best plumber I've ever had. He has a very good review. I called them just to satisfy myself that it was a really plant review. The guy came over and he was just head and shoulder above those other two. He'd talked to you. He had a college degree. I was gonna write another review saying that," I thought that first review was a plant but it really wasn't, because now I've used them too." He was just outstanding. He answered my call immediately on a Monday morning. He told me things that the other two didn't tell me. He was just able to you like most plumbers can't. When he did show up I was literally with him the whole four hours. He was just an exceptional human being.
