Native Scapes was one of 3 companies we chose to bid out our deck refinishing and pergola project. Even though we didn't end up using them, their responsiveness was unparallelled. They were the first company to return their bid, and even reached out for a conference call to discuss the estimate. The initial estimate was a miscommunication, and they returned an amended estimate in only a few days. Brennon was great to speak with, and Katelyn was very professional in scheduling site visits and the administrative aspects of the bidding process. Their work looks great on their website. In the end, it was a tough decision, and although we didn't end up using their services, they were a very close second, and we have no doubt they would have done a fantastic job on the project. I would always consider this company for any other future outdoor living space projects!
