I called Jordan Duckwall to replace my old wood fence which was 72" high and was built on two sides of a concrete slab. It was only 32' long. The old fence was built around a concrete slab on 2 sides. It was snug with the slab which I pointed out to Jordan. I asked Jordan to replace the fence making sure it is snug with the slab. Jordan put up the new fence across the front at 72" high and the connecting side section at 77" high. On top of that, he placed only one(1) screw in the center of each 5.5" wide picket at each connecting point. Many of the pickets were cracked. The fence did not hug the concrete ****. It starts at the slab and ends up 3" away from it, at the end of the 24' run. Please note that I paid for all materials, screws, etc. There was no reason to cut any corners. In addition, he doesn't answer his phone, and his voicemail box is conveniently always full. He left all of the old fence in a large pile in front of my home. He promised day after day (through text messages) to clear out the debris. Finally, about 4 days later a truck came to clean it up. About 5 days later he came out to reduce the 77" high section to 72", and added screws so there were 2 screws per picket connection. BTW, the pickets were starting to curl with only one screw per picket. He said he would come up with something to fill the gap between the concrete slab and the bottom of the fence. It has now been 3 weeks and I haven't heard from him at all. Avoid at all costs. And yes, he did get all of the money he contracted for. He seems honest, but not reputable.
