The service call was scheduled reasonably (within a day or two) and the electrician was actually available early for the appointment window. The electrician was extremely professional and polite. He did a great job, quickly and without a mess to clean up afterwards. I was happy the problem was solved, just thought the rate was a little expensive for such an easy fix ($50 service call on top of $150 repair work).

They come with a monthly plan along with the heating and air conditioning company and the plumbing company as well. It's all under one plan. I paid a sum for all of them. I think I spent about $500 on their last service. I was satisfied with the services that they provided. I was happy. They didn't really push anything. They just gave me options and told me what could actually happen and how they could fix it. They gave me options of doing it in a cheaper or expensive way that would be safer in the long run. I thought they were good. I didn't have anything to compare their prices to. I will use them again in the future.
