Description of Work: I sent an email requesting an esitmate for a patio cover, they never responded. Obviously they have too much business and I'll take mine elsewhere.

Description of Work: I have used Mike Disque. He did work on our ceiling and tried to find out whose problem it was. It was impossible for him to figure the problem out from our ceiling.

+ -1 moreWe worked together on the phone and email with no problems, whenever questions came up. When we came back to Longmont, the results exceeded my expectations. We were able to move in at once and now count Mike as a friend. He recently helped us figure out a problem with a leak in our ceiling from the upstairs neighbor's AC. Can't recommend him highly enough!
Description of Work: We bought a 31-year-old condo in Longmont in spring of 2011 that was structurally sound, but dated to the point of nastiness. My cousin had used Mike Disque to remodel her house in Longmont when she moved in, and gave him a glowing review. Her house is gorgeous, and I decided after meeting Mike, and thoroughly going over what I wanted, to hire him. He helped me make some choices and I basically turned the job over to him to use his judgment as much as possible while I went back to Texas for 6 weeks. The condo needed new counters, sinks, toilet, flooring and paint throughout, installation of some cabinetry, new light fixtures, faucets, tile, repairs on the ceiling, new interior doors, repairs to a closet, new appliances, new doorbell, smoke and CO detectors, thermastat, and some smaller jobs that came up as we went along. I needed the job done in about 5 weeks.
