House Cleaning
We have used Maid Smart for several years. We always had the same crew (at least the primary housekeeper) and the work was consistently well done. However she recently left or got reassigned and since then the quality of work has been very inconsistent. They used a chemical cleaner on our newly remodeled polished brass stall shower that damaged it. They graciously payed the replacement costs but still we had to go through the hassle of the rework. Most recently there have been items just plain skipped. After forgetting to vacuum a primary staircase we decided to try somebody else.
