MAID CLEAN

The maids who came were generally great, friendly and usually did a good job. At times it seemed like they were sprinting throgh too fast to do a good job, and they did always move stuff around a good distance from where it normally sat, and it was not often the same set of people, but that was all OK. We had them come every other week. My main beef was with the billing. In the last year, I found myself getting billed twice for the same cleaning, and having to call to get that fixed. I think I had to call them twice. Getting in touch with the office usually takes multiple calls or multiple days, take your pick, but they always fixed the billing issue for me by not billing me for a future visit. But the last straw was after the last date of service I listed in May. I expected them to come while we were away and was surprised that everything was dirty when we got back; I assumed I just had the week wrong. The next week, we prepped and nobody came, and I noticed they had billed my credit card for the non-visit while we were away. I called on a Monday and did not hear back. I called again the following Wednesday to tell them not to send someone without talking to me. I finally got a call back, and they story was that my cleaning had fallen out of the scheduling calendar they use, but they had billed me anyway. I had to ask for them to reverse that charge and return my key and not work for me again. It took them days, but they did reverse the charge. Their billing system needs work for them to be trustworthy, unless you want to spend time helping them get it right.
