Description of Work: Several calls were placed for Loveland Furniture And Decor to contact an OEM for replacement parts. Spoke to folks that took the info, but NO FOLLOW-UP. Found another dealer that actually values their customers.

 + -1 moreOrdered desk, which was promised in 2-3 weeks. 8 weeks later, when it finally arrives, they don't have anyone in the warehouse on weekends to allow for customers to pick up. Horrible customer service on top! When complaining about delay at picking up, person said "that's the way we do business". Apparently, they promise a delivery date to get the sale, then screw the customer, not caring when the item will actually arrive.

 + -1 moreThe store is pretty full, so I need to take pictures or samples to compare at home and go back to select pieces. In addtion to the floor pieces they have a large selection of catalogs in the store and on line to choose from. Ordered pieces are estimated to take 8 weeks but may of our orders took less. The prices are less for same brands carried at other stores and there is an addition discount if you pay with cash/check.
Description of Work: We have selected, purchased and received a dining room table, a desk, chair, set of 4 chairs and stand and a floor lamp. In addition we have ordered two wing backed chairs. During our selection and ordering there neither Amanda nor Sean pressured to select or buy something and they are always offer a time we could come back if we needed more time to decide. There has been a mix up(one aspect was our misunderstanding) on the dining room table but they and the manufacturer have and are honoring our choice.
