Ever since we became one of Loveland´s local car dealers, we´ve been a well-respected part of our growing and vital community. We´re family owned and operated, and proud to offer our Northern Colorado neighbors what we consider to be the best cars and trucks on the market. We aim to be one of the most successful car dealers in Colorado—but we don´t measure success in dollars. Filter reviews by service
days before and dealt with internet sales person to get cars their for
our arrival to look at them. We had narrowed it down to buying one of
two. Was told that one was a loaner car used for service but he would
get it back in time for us to look at it. Gave him a time we would
arrive. We got there and only one car was there for us to look at
purchasing. We were not that satisfied with the car so began to look at a
few other options. Ended up narrowing it down to another car that they
had on their sister lot that they said was 20 minutes away. We offered
to drive our trade in down to look at the other car and work out the
deal, they said they would bring the other car up not a problem. We asked them to
bring the car up on three different occasions, finally on the 4th try we
asked the manager. He then said he was texting the other dealership and
waiting for the car, said to go get lunch and come back. We did that,
then come to find out the car we wanted to purchase and take home that
day was already having another party offer to buy it. At this point we
left the dealership and will NEVER return again. Monday rolls around and the manager calls to tell us the vehicle we wanted to purchase was now available, since the other deal fell through. As for trade-ins they
tried to low ball us on the trade in and offered us $8,000 less than
Kelly Blue Book trade-in value was! We went up the street and bought a new car in 3 hours with no haggling and were treated like royalty. As opposed to the 9am to 3pm time that we spent at King trying to get them to sell us a car.
On the onset, the rubber gasket on the gas cap had deter
orated. But in checking the cars performance, the mechanic found a vent valve that was not closing and needed to be replaced. My husband authorized the work. The car again is running great, we can really see a difference in it's performance. Running smoother, and response to acceleration is much better. Work also included anoil change and filter.Licensing
