Jeff and his crew were very professional.  They responded with the proposal in a timely manner.  On the day work was to begin, they were on time.  They did an excellent job.  They cleaned up after themselves and were very patient with our questions. We sailed through the inspection without problems.  I wish all contractors were this good.

Kahar Plumbing was excellent.  Jeff came on time to discuss the work and explained everything in detail.  Turn around time for estimate was as stated.  Scheduling for work was quick and timely.  The "worker bees" of Tyson and Shannon arrived right on time.  They installed a new gas tankless water heater, ran a new line for a gas stove, were quiet and cleaned up afterwards.  The work was exceptional and took less than 8 hours.  They also hauled away the old electric water heater.  Would highly recommend this company and the professional's that provided the work.  Jeff was professional and friendly.  

We had Kahar in on two occasions. The first was on 7/14/15 to install a new gas line and repair a water spigot.  Jeff and his crew showed up when they said they would and finshed the job quickly and safely.  The new gas line was for a stove we ordered but hadn't arrived yet.  Jeff mentioned that if the fittings and installation kit that came with the stove didn't work for any reason, to call him and he'd provide whatever I needed.  Well of course, when the stove arrived, the fitting was 1/2" when it needed to be 3/4".  I drove to Kahar's location to get a fitting and they provided not only a fitting, but everything in the installation kit, so I could return the wrong kit for credit-- at no charge.  I was flabbergasted and grateful, as we'd just moved in and installing the stove was a highest priority.
The second call was when I found a second outside water spigot, not 10 feet from the one that was fixed, had also burst over the winter.  It being a new house for us, it got missed in the inspection.  Since the spigot wasn't an emergency, I told Jeff to send someone out when he had someone in the area.  Less than a week later I got a call asking if someone could drop by and fix the spigot.  The job was done quickly and professionally.  I can't recommend Jeff and his crew highly enough for fantastic customer service, professionalism and reasonable pricing.

Always on time, always polite, quality work, explains work.  Will hire again!

taken the reigns.  The service, professionalism and quality of work from everyone at Kahar is exceptional!

It was a very busy time of year and Kahar went the extra effort to get someone to my place and fix a broken drain pipe.  Very professional on all ends of the communication, from the office through the owners and to the guys doing the actual work.

They made the repair and I have not had a problem since.

They installed a dishwasher in a rental for me. The first guy that came couldn't finish it. It ended up taking a long time and costing about twice what I was expecting.

Jeff Gallager of Kahar came to my home, on time, to give me a quote.  He was very polite and professional.  He sent me the quote via email within 48 hours as promised.  I like the fact that Jeff did not call me every day to see if I wanted them to do the work like other companies did.  When I made my decision, we set up the date.  Installers, very polite, came on time, performed the work in a timely manner, left no mess.  I would highly recommend Kahar.  Also the price for the work performed and the quality equipment installed was A-Plus!!!!  
They came in regular pick up trucks, no fancy trucks with expensive advertisments that end up costing the consumer more money.  They are truly a "word of mouth" company.

They were relatively punctual, didn't charge extra when they had to return to try something else with the toilet mechanixm before finally deciding the entire flushmate needed replacing and were fair with there pricing and how they do business.  I would highly recommend them.

They were very professional and did a great job.  Not only did they spend lots of time to find the source of the leak, but they went out of their way to make sure it was repaired correctly.  I can't say enough good things about James and the work he did both in the plumbing repair, but in his work on the drywall and texturing.   He was thoroughly a pleasure to work with, kind and considerate.  His attention to detail was above and beyond what most people provide.  I would and do recommend James personally, and Kahar as a company to anyone.  You won't be disappointed.

They showed up on time and provided the replacement in a professional and timely manner. Minor thing they left some solder residue on the floor. Also they damaged the sill of the window where the heaters were brought in. They repaired it when I pointed it out to them. The new water heaters work great.

We have a rental property in Ft. Collins and one day a tenant called us saying that water was coming out of the ceiling above the laundry room.  Since we live two hours away and cannot let a leak wait, we instructed the tenant to turn off the water to the bathroom above. Kahar plumbing came when they said they would and did not even charge for a second visit when the tenant was not there to let them in the first time they came. They found that the toilet in the master bathroom was leaking from its base and repaired it.  I would definitely use them again.

The service was great. Their installation was great. If there was a problem, they came back. They did not charge me for it. Especially Robert, who was one of the plumbers from Kahar, he was very knowledgeable.

Kahar was prompt with the cost estimate and did the work in a timely fashion.  The work was done was of high quality and the area was clean after the installation.  The price was fair and did not vary from the estimate.  We have used Kahar several times and I am always impressed with their professional and friendly service.
