The repairman came the same day that I called which was great. The repairman appeared within the estimated window both the first visit to investigate the problem and the second visit when he replaced the burned out power strip. My only issue was the delay in getting the part which took a week. I don't know if that is reasonable or not for part availability. The repairman thought it would only take about 2 days. I was told by the office that when they had the tracking data on the part, they would call and arrange the repair visit. After 4 days I called the office and was told that tracking indicated that the part was due that day which was the Friday before the Memorial Day weekend and that the repairman was fully booked that day so they couldn't schedule me until after the weekend. Fortunately the repairman did call me on the following Tuesday and repaired the dishwasher later that day. Again, I don't know if a full week is reasonable for a part, but not calling with an update at least caused the rating of "B" in responsiveness. The repairman was quite knowledgeable and professional and I will use this company again.

We've used them a lot. They are very competitive. There was one worker. I don't know, probably about an hour. They do a good job. I have never had any trouble with them. Better than I had it.

Two boards did not fix the problem.  The tech even brought in another tech to figure out what was wrong.  I was told after the first board did not work that it was an LG error and another different board would be ordered.  That was not what happened.  After the second failed they said a new board would be ordered and installed in a week.  After a week we had to call and were told it was JUST ordered. It has been one month and no fix.  I was told that the check would NOT be cashed until the problem was fixed. My check was cashed the next day.  After waiting half the day for the repair tech to call with my time slot, I took a shower. I found a note blowing around my lawn and saw it was the tech, he just popped by without calling.  My husband called and was told that he did call.  We looked through our call log and no calls were there,  He later admitted to calling the wrong number.  They refused to come back out to fix our washer.  It has been a month and my husbands patience was worn out.  I had taken a day off almost weekly for 4 weeks to be here for the repairman.  They should give you the time frame the day before not that day, that would be a help.  They refused to refund our money.  We had already paid for services not rendered.  A error they knew, but continued to order the wrong part.  Finally, the owner called and said he would come out the next day because they had too much time invested in our machine.  My husband told them no, we could not keep taking days off work. 3 times were enough.  If my husband did this at his job, he'd be fired for order the wrong parts. My husband said he would be by for a refund, he refused and said Friday we could get our money, minus a $60 fee.  They did NOT do anything for that fee. We did the work for them.  The repairman was here 10 minutes max the first time.  The second time he beat the machine to get the board in with a few expletives being used. We have no choice, but to accept the money refunded less their fee.  After all this I found 2 other people who have had this happen to them.  A third person had their dishwasher broken by them. I have yet to get my refund.

"We are more than willing to continue the repair on this machine and we understand the frustration the customer has as we are also frustrated with the operation of the machine. In many cases, we utilize factory technical assistance to direct us for repairs. Unfortunately, there are software and other issues that can affect operation of a machine. The customer requested that we not continue with the repair and refund his money and that he would come pick up the check the next day. The check was here and ready for him when he arrived on May 8."

My gas oven was not lighting- I could hear the igniter clicking, but the oven was not lighting, and I could smell gas. Brad determined that a cookie sheet in the bottom drawer was making contact with a wire in the rear of the unit and creating a ground. (Very poor design on Whirlpool's part.) once we removed the cookie sheet, the oven worked as expected. This cost me $60 for the service call, but would have been $90 with the company I called first. Also, if Brad had not figured this out right away, it may have cost even more for un-needed parts.

Our just less than two year old KitchenAid french door refrigerator had been noisy from new and was becoming increasingly louder over the past couple of months . Suddenly the ice maker quit.  We called Jim and Daves who scheduled an appointment for tuesday. Steve (service technician) came to the house at the time promised and discovered the problem in the ice maker and inspected the source of our noise complaint and found the vibration was coming from behind the freezer .  The part for the freezer had to be ordered .  Got a call on Wednesday afternoon , our part was in and Steve would be out on Thursday to do the install. Steve came on time Thursday morning replaced the broken parts in the ice maker and then proceeded to take apart the panel behind the freezer compartment and place cushion materials  to stop the vibrations . It has  been almost a week later and the ice maker works perfectly and more importantly our noisy refrigerator is now quiet.

All the testing indicated everything was in working order.  Dean explained that this particular model -- because the bottom heating element is ensconced underneath the bottom of the oven - requires pre-heating of at least 20 if not 25 minutes --well beyond when the pre-heat beeper goes off --- to assure consistency of temperature in baking - we had not done that and that clearly is a major source of the problem. He also explained that we should be using primarily convection to assure the highs and lows of the baking cycle are smoothed out and are less because we are at 5,000 ft elevation.  He also set it so it would run 5 degrees warmer than the setting, which he recommended, to compensate for elevation.
Bottom line, we got a very educational and useful $60 service call that assured us the oven is in working order and saved us from having to buy a new oven!  Can't say enough good stuff about Dean!

Absolutely amazing. They were just wonderful. Like having your dad come out to your house. They are just wonderful people. Our refrigerator had a minor problem, they had the part, they took care of it in 45 minutes and it hardly cost a thing. It is not a big place. I think they just have 4 or 5 fellows out into the field all the time but they carry most of the parts with them and they just know their stuff. They took off their shoes when they came in through the door, they were very polite, sat me down, asked me if I want to be involved in what they were doing at that time so that they could educate me. Even if I did not want to do that and that was fine as well. But I did want to know what the problem was and he knew what he needed to do and it took him a minute and a half. A leaking freezer was not good. They followed up the next day and I was happy with that. They have very good customer service. I think they have been around for 30 years, it is a family owned business and it is just great. I cannot say enough about them because you never know what you are going to get. They were truly amazing. I really feel that they went above and beyond. Every step of the way they wanted to make sure that I understood what was happening, wanted to make sure that I was comfortable, wanted make sure that I saw the parts, he made sure that I had the old parts and if my husband or someone else wanted to have a peek at it and he marked exactly what was wrong on the part. He was great.

I placed a service call and maintance call was scheduled. The repairman did not have the correct part on his truck so they ordered the part. Once the part came in they called and setup a date to come and replace the part.
