We had a whole house water filtration and conditioner system installed. Was told by the salesman that the install would take 4-5 hrs. It took 2 full days. Saleman did not pass any notes on to the installers so they did not install the way we wanted and had to come back and install what was discussed with a salesman. Very nice installers, great customer service. Just bad communication between company employees.
