Henderson Management is among the largest property management companies in the Colorado Front Range. We manage over 1400 units in the Northern Colorado Front Range. Henderson Management is centrally located in Loveland but has an office in Fort Collins and Greeley and is locally owned. Established in 1994, we serve a growing need for a professional property management company that specializes in both commercial and residential properties. Our Primary services are Property Management, Real Estate & Maintenance. Our maintenance division offers services such as: General Construction and Handyman Services Including but not limited to Remodels, Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, Carpet Cleaning, General Cleaning, Landscape Services and much more. We also provide services to investors for real estate acquisition, real estate management (including contract administration and accounting), and real estate maintenance.

Horrible and unprofessional customer service! We have been dealing with them for over a month to find out why they withheld certain monies from our security deposit. We have called and emailed them multiple times and are continuously ignored! We were perfect tenants; we didn't cause any issues, always paid our rent on time, and left the home in the same condition we rented it in (with the exception of normal wear and tear and a few carpet stains that we agree we are responsible for). Do not rent from them if you expect to get your deposit back! They will charge you for things and then refuse to show why they charged you for it!
