He filled the tub, installed fuses and checked to make sure tub was running properly. Very professional! Will use again if necessary!

It was great! I walked in not knowing anything about a hot tub, Dale spent the better part of an hour walking me through all the parts of the hot tub and the maintenance required to extend the life of the hot tub. He helped me clear out pieces of the hot tub that were no longer needed. He also provided the service to the hot tub that we were looking for!

Dale Lang had been referred to me by an associate of mine who owns Vacation Rentals in the Estes Park area. This associate owns four hot tubs for his cabins and has done business with Dale for years. Dale had rescued a tub from someone that no longer wanted/needed it. I had been looking for the right deal on a tub for quite some time. As soon as I heard about this particular tub, I was immediately interested. I talked to Dale and he agreed to deliver the tub and install it at my home. He arrived on time when he said he would and performed a VERY proffessional installation. In addition, he walked me through the "Hot Tubs for Idiots" program. When he was finished I had no questions left to ask. He also even made sure I had three months supply of chemicals. Dale is a personable, friendly, and honest business person. As a business person myself, I admire his ethics
