Do not use Mike (DiFede I think is his last name) of Flow Rite LLC. I bought a house that he replaced the septic pump on 10 months earlier. The pump failed and he made up a half dozen nonsensical and untrue reasons why he wouldn't honor his warranty on the pump or his work and he walked off the job in a huff. I brought out Jansma Brothers to replace the pump and it became clear that Mike's installation was completely unacceptable-- for example he used wire nuts on bare wire to make the pump power connection far down into the septic tank. I gave Mike several opportunities to make good on this and he would not respond. I will go into much more detail on a BBB complaint. In summary, Mike does not have the expertise or the integrity you want.

Mike was awesome. He showed up 20 minutes early. He gave an estimate of $190 on the spot. When the work was done he gave me a revised, lower! price due to the parts not being as much as he thought.
He was extremely courteous. Did the work quickly. Answered all my questions.
I would absolutely use Mike again and hopefully for non-emergent things this time.
