Esteem is an IICRC Certified Firm. Shaw and Mohawk, two of the largest carpet manufactures, REQUIRE the use of an IICRC Certified firm for carpet cleaning warranty requirements. We follow industry standards strictly, using safe and effective cleaning methods and cleaning agents so your carpet will be cleaner and most importantly last longer. Esteem’s cleaning agents won’t leave soap residue that can contribute to rapid re-soiling or chemical sensitivities. Your carpet will stay cleaner longer, thanks to our zero residue carpet cleaning process. We have an A+ Rating with the Better Business Bureau and have been a BBB Accredited Business since 2004. "[Member Name Removed]- I HAVE NO RECORD OF DOING BUSINESS WITH YOU. I have checked my Quickbook's for your name and address and have no record. Additionally, I have checked my old schedule book for on and around the date you said the service was done. I found no record of your name or address. Additionally, your address of [Removed Member's Address] does not exist. According to both Google Maps and the Larimer County Assessor - the address are in the 6000's and not 2500's. We don't use any buckets of water to clean with, like some other cleaners do. So it is not possible that we spilled a bucket of water. Prior to leaving every job - I let the customer know about our 30 day guarantee. Should anyone be disappointed for any reason - we will re-clean the area(s) of dissatisfaction for FREE of charge. We will gladly make a second trip - even for the smallest of spots or traffic patterns. We make it very clear that Esteem Carpet Cleaning stands behind their work 100% and to call for any issue whatsoever. Matt and another employee showed up right on time. They first installed a protective device around the front door so that they could run the hoses from their truck mounted equipment into the house. They also protected the wood around the stairway with devices to keep it from getting scratched. The equipment on the truck (pump and vacuum?) was very large and apparently quite powerful. I've had carpets cleaned numerous times before and this equipment was much more substantial than any other used in previous jobs. My guess is that there is a significant investment in that equipment which is responsible for the great results.
Compared to the companies I have used previously, Esteem impressed me as providing the most professional. From the "industrial strength" equipment, to the care give my house to prevent damage, to the professional character of the owner (Matt), I have no hesitation in recommending Esteem. I'll definitely call them the next time I need my carpets cleaned again.
We'd had another carpet cleaning service the year before, which was a very bad experience. I'd recommend Esteem Carpet Cleaning wholeheartedly, and will be using them again with future move-outs.
