Enlyten Car Service

For Father's Day, my kids and I decided to buy my husband tickets to the B.B. King concert at Red Rocks, and purchase a limo package to drive us all to and from Red Rocks on the night of the concert.  I bought the package approximately two months prior to the concert.  The day of the concert, the company called to tell me that ALL of their limos were out of service.  I was heart broken and very skeptical.  I actually cried on the phone because my kids and I were looking forward to surprising my husband with the limo.  The man on the phone said he would send us their "very best car" instead.  I had no choice, but to accept.  Especially since I had already paid for the services.  The "very best car" showed up 1 hour late, which caused a significant amount of stress since tickets to Red Rocks are very expensive and we live in North Boulder.  I wish I had taken a picture of the "very best car" that eventually showed up to pick us up.  I was so in shock that the thought never even crossed my mind.  It was a "Cadillac" that had to have been from the 1980s. It had a cracked windshield, which is illegal to drive, not to mention dangerous.  It smelled HORRIBLY of smoke and a cheap air freshener.  The back window was broken and would not roll down.  The back door was also broken and would not open from the inside.  The car felt like a death trap.  To top things off, the driver wasn't focused on driving and had all of us on the edge of our seats.  By the time we arrived at Red Rocks my husband was nauseous from the smell.  It has taken me over one month to write this review because I was so disappointed, upset and shocked at the entire experience, that I couldn't bring myself to relive the experience by writing about it. I so wish I had researched the company before jumping at what I thought was a bargain for making our Red Rocks adventure even more special.  When I looked up reviews on this company on the internet, there was nothing but horrible reviews.  I also learned that the company goes by several different names and has changed their name several times.  My fault for not doing the research first.  If this review helps just one person skip using this company then reliving this horrible experience was worth it.  It's a scam.  Do not use this company for anything.
