Handyman Service
I contracted with a maintenance man to clean/haul trash from residence/property after our move to new home. We agreed on $150 for job after he viewed/assessed it. He quoted this amount to me and to my husband SEPARATELY. He did not get work done promptly, as agreed (appr. 5 days later), then billed for $220. I paid him $150, as originally stated. He has since been calling and coming to our new home to demand additional payment beyond our agreement.
