Dish is very reliable in terms of installation and we had no troubles with them. I choose them from the reviews I received from other people and I feel that they are much better than other service providers. They were punctual when they were supposed to come to set it up and did a really good job of running the cable around the house. They were conscientious about doing a good job.

I originally chose Dish back in the day due to their dual tuner boxes so I saved compared to cable and DirectTV which required and charged for a box at each TV. Now $7 for a Joey and $10 for A Hopper? All the while as an early adopter I get features that work then a software upgrade breaks 7 things and fixed 2. 8 months later it works again. Oh and if you don't have service plan they charge for sending new equipment, but they sure will want it back when I cancel. Hmmmmm.

When compared to other providers, they seem to have the best package at the moment. I like the high definition quality they provide. The dislikes are the fact that we have to get certain packages and we don’t have choices of stations. The quality of service is excellent.
