The day of their service, they got the electrical sockets working but by the next day they stopped working again. I left 4 messages over a period of a week saying that they needed to come back and find out what happened and they never returned my call. I left two different numbers for them to call and they never did! After our 8/17/21 review, we did get a call back from Dickinson Electric explaining the reason why they did not call back. He committed to refunding our money back and it's now 9-3-21 and we have not received the refund.

"I was very concerned when I heard we had an unhappy customer. We have been in business for 40 years and pride ourselves on top notch customer service. During the same period of time we had switched our Telephone and Internet accounts from the telephone company to Xfinity. After verifying all was working correctly on the day of installation, we later found out we were not receiving any missed call notices or voicemail. I called the customer and explained and now we will refund her service charge.."

I had called Dickinson Electric for a quote on installing a light I purchased for over our dining room table, The owner and a couple of his electricians came over and gave me a fair quote and then upon further inspection of the light I purchased, it was discovered it wouldn't work with the current wiring. So I asked him about the right type of light and he patiently explained to me what to look for. I communicated with him via email and shared with him the new light I had found. He said it should work so I ordered it and returned the previous lighting fixture. It worked out great and was installed beautifully. How many electricians do you know that would communicate with you via email to find just the right light that you like and will also match the existing wiring? Not many.

It went far better than expected. The crew was prompt, courteous, competent, They consistently cleaned up after themselves.. Although the project threw them some curves, they found creative and workable solutions to each and every problem. They did their work in a timely manner, and the owner of Dickinson was regularly on site to supervise and do quality control.

They were very reasonable and stuck to there quote. We had to change the voltage in the house and they did a wonderful job.
