Great. They are always quick to get the job done. They go through and check fluids and also vacuum the interior. The waiting area is comfortable and there is a TV to watch while you wait.

I had bought a brand new car at a dealership in Fort Collins, Colorado. When it was time for my first complimentary oil change I wanted to take advantage of the service and go to the same dealership. Unfortunately they had moved to a city to the south of us, which means, I would have a 20 minute drive instead of a 5 minute drive to get there. I decided to go anyways and try it out. Boy, was I surprised! Their new facility is fantastic. I was greeted at my car by a very nicely dressed technician. He checked me in and showed me where the waiting room was. What a nice area! They had a nice tv with comfy couches to sit it, and right next door was an enclosed kids play area with a jungle gym and coloring books. Neat idea for those of us with little ones that need some entertainment during a day of errands. The facilities where top notch and extremely clean. The service took about 20 minutes, which is what I was told. I was then escorted to my car and the technician even opened the door for me! It was a very pleasant experience and I will definitely be driving the extra 20 minutes for my oil changes from now on...well worth it for the service!
