"We are sorry about the problems Mr. [Member Name Removed] has had with his vertical blind. Our installer had looked at this blind a few weeks ago and determined it was in good working conditions. Mr. [Member Name Removed] called recently to say it would not rotate. We checked with Hunter Douglas and they asked for a video before they would replace it. After seeing the video Hunter Douglas agreed to replace it but the warranty does not include labor to go to their home to replace it. We have a minimum $100.00 trip charge. The customer could have gotten this headrail for free and installed it himself. We feel we have been very proactive with this situation and have responded as quickly as possible to this problem. Every business has labor charges to perform labor. With the cost of gas and other expenses, we cannot go to a customer's home for free to do a repair. I am happy to talk with Mr. [Member Name Removed] if he would like to call me. Judy Magara, Owner."
"We have contacted this consumer and have given this consumer a refund. We did offer a discount but the consumer asked for a refund. Our supplier had lost the template we had sent and explained the problem but the consumer decided to cancel the contract. We tried to offer solutions."

The real problem was Judy's arrogant and rude demeanor when I asked for a slightly better price based upon the fact that the previous repair done by her firm was not durable.

The call charge was a bit steep, but I do live in the country north of Fort Collins and they are in Loveland, so I understand that.
