"Hi Miss [Member Name Removed]. I'm was saddened to see this review as I did my best to make things right and correct the issue for you even after 2 years had passed. I would be happy to come redo the deck again as I did in 2017 after the initial staining in 2015 if you have the gutters and downspouts installed like we discussed previously as your whole house did not have any downspouts and gutters as the rain drains on the deck causing pooling and excessive moisture that will lead to this problem of peeling. I take great pride in my work and customer satisfaction very seriously. Please contact me and we can assess your deck's current state and make the appropriate plans to correct.
