While the people are very nice, and will always be polite and friendly do NOT use Chase for a home mortgage. Chase was not very forthcoming with what they needed and consequently our closing was pushed back. As it turns out this is fairly common with Chase as they farm out so much of the work deadlines frequently loom large. In our case the closing did not happen on time, our seller had to stay in a hotel and we were summoned by Chase at the 11th hour to sign the papers because their paperwork had to match, but it did not matter that it was so late in the day that we could not get the cashiers check and so had to wait yet another day to close. The one percent cash back is nice, but was not worth it in the end.
